The residents of Le-jeute, a tranquil village, are enticed to a factory city by offers of gratification. Eud, a laborer, flees and encounters the lovely Tia. Morlock, the oppressive factory owner, seizes them both. Eud is imprisoned while Tia must endure Morlock's carnal desires. A band of workers organizes resistance against Morlock's tyranny.
