Donburi Kazoku

Yukiko, a young wife, experiences loneliness and marital dissatisfaction. She and her husband Kouichi maintain separate sleeping arrangements, and he does not attend to her physical needs. Her frustration is compounded upon discovering photographs of an unidentified nude woman on her husband's phone. She also observes her two non-biological children sharing a bed one night. In her solitude at home, Yukiko attempts to address her needs privately. This routine is interrupted when her father-in-law visits and witnesses her in a compromised state. His discovery initiates a series of alterations within the household dynamics.
