EL

In the year 2030, environmental degradation led to nuclear conflict, leaving Earth a radioactive wasteland and claiming countless lives. Survivors initiated the Megaro Earth Project as humanity's final hope, constructing a domed city to preserve civilization. This project faces opposition from Gimmick, the leader of the clandestine organization Black Widow. To counter this threat, a counter-terrorism unit is formed under the command of the sniper known as EL. EL intervenes to assist Parsley, a young woman previously targeted by Black Widow agents. At Club 1991, Parsley becomes intoxicated and attempts to manipulate EL for her own ends. In a separate incident, an agent named Natsuki is subjected to sexual interrogation by the Sniper Control Office to extract information.
