Gakuen 3 - Karei Naru Etsujoku

Chiba Kagetora takes a position as a jester at a prestigious academy, though his reasons for doing so are not what they seem. His body has a peculiar trait: any woman exposed to his semen experiences intense arousal and a loss of self-control. Kagetora intends to use this ability to subjugate the school's elite female students, whom he views as princesses to be conquered.
