Kazama is a simple-minded youth with a passion for combat and a lecherous streak. He is unexpectedly appointed as the public health doctor for St. Versus Institute, an all-girls academy specializing in martial training, weapons proficiency, and physical conditioning. School regulations mandate a unique form of development management. Under these rules, Kazama is required to conduct invasive "body measurements" that constitute sexual harassment. The institute, populated by several of his childhood friends, operates on the ambition to dominate the fighting world through this peculiar methodology. Whether through resistance or conquest, he must navigate this system. Gazing at an idol photo book and steeling his resolve as the sun sets, Kazama commits to the task ahead. The feasibility of his mission, however, remains in doubt.
