Inshitsu Otaku ni Ikareru Kanojo

Shuji shares a home with his younger sister Saki, his life outwardly calm. Privately, however, he harbors an intense romantic and sexual desire for her, which grows increasingly difficult to manage. Saki eventually confesses her own long-held feelings for him, revealing she has loved him since childhood. The two enter a romantic relationship. Their newfound happiness is abruptly shattered by a threatening email stating "I know your everything," which includes a compromising photograph of Saki. The image shows her changing clothes and engaging in masturbation. Saki believes the sender is a stalker. This individual begins issuing a series of depraved commands to her. Although she initially attempts to resist these orders, she finds herself gradually becoming dependent on the sensations they provoke. The situation raises the question of whether Shuji can intervene to rescue Saki from this escalating control.
