Isaku

The narrative follows Kenta, who anticipates a monotonous summer until the final day of the school term. He discovers an enigmatic note, which directs him to enter the dilapidated and officially condemned school building. Upon his arrival inside the structure, he encounters several other individuals who have received identical messages: Jinpachi, Miyuki, Rika, Kotomi, Akemi, their teacher Ms. Kumi, Munemitsu, and Mio. The group collectively dismisses the situation as an elaborate prank, leading to disputes over who might be responsible. Their deliberations are abruptly interrupted by the sound of the building's entrance being sealed shut from the outside. This confinement marks the beginning of a harrowing ordeal. Members of the group, particularly the female students and teacher, begin to disappear sequentially. Rika is the first to vanish. Her fate is subsequently revealed to the remaining captives through a video recording, which depicts her being sexually assaulted by an unidentified perpetrator. This pattern continues, with other women being abducted and subjected to similar acts of graphic sexual violence. The story presents these events through explicit and hardcore sexual content, intertwined with themes of sadism and psychological torment. This series is noted for its impact within the adult animation genre, often cited for its incorporation of intense violence, sexual perversion, and depictions of unusual fetishes. The franchise comprises multiple distinct anime titles, each focusing on one of three sadistic brothers: Isaku, Shusaku, and Kisaku. The release order includes Isaku (1997-1998, comprising three episodes and a special recap), followed by various series and specials for Shusaku and Kisaku, with later "Core Mix" editions released for all three titles in 2014 and 2015. This synopsis pertains specifically to the initial "Isaku" release.
