Kiss Hug

Natsumi Kusu, a door-to-door salesperson, visits Kamono's residence. She offers a product called "Cockzilla D," a sexual supplement, and presents a free sample with a promotional trial. Kamono accepts the sample. In a separate storyline, Chizuru, who is ten years younger than Haru, was raised alongside him as a sibling. Due to a frail constitution, she frequently required hospitalization. The two meet again after a long separation.
