Linked Hospital Ward

Located two hours from Tokyo, Kiyosato Hospital is the new workplace for Shuji, a recent medical school graduate. His motivation for becoming a doctor stems from the death of his father during an operation at this same hospital nearly a decade ago, an event that continues to haunt him. He hopes to uncover the exact circumstances of that loss, though the passage of time has left few leads. On his first day, Shuji discovers that the surgeon who operated on his father, Dr. Takao, is now the hospital's assistant director. He also encounters Misako, his former girlfriend from the period of his father's death. Shuji soon learns, however, that Misako is now married to Dr. Takao under questionable conditions. This revelation prompts Shuji to begin an investigation into the doctor and to pursue reclaiming Misako by any means required.
