Keita is informed by his father that he now requires a mother, despite having come to terms with the loss of his own in childhood. Four women are introduced as candidates, with the instruction that the one most compatible with Keita will assume the maternal role after a trial cohabitation period. Uninterested in gaining a new mother, Keita deliberately assigns low scores during their shared living arrangement.
