Namaiki: Kissuisou e Youkoso!

Satoshi Ashifuji, a university scholarship student working part-time, unexpectedly becomes the custodian of the Kissuisou dormitory. The residents are all women, each with significant personal issues. During repairs to the dorm's clock tower, a self-proclaimed Zashiki-warashi named Ibaraki appears, introducing further complications. The current inhabitants emit such intense negative energy that, unless the situation improves within six months, a terrible misfortune will occur. The dorm is slated for demolition regardless, and should it happen, all that accumulated negativity would transfer to Satoshi, condemning him to a hellish future. To avert this disaster, Satoshi resolves to use Ibaraki's powers to inject positivity into the residents' lives. This plan necessitates that he achieve climax inside them, with the location being unimportant. Thus begins the reckless strategy of ejaculation upon which Satoshi has staked his life and the dormitory's fate.
