Newmanoid Cam

Based on the manga by Urotan. This is the first OVA released under the new PIXY x CORE MAGAZINE label. The setting is the year 2030 A.D. Heinous crimes occur with growing frequency, resulting in a high number of victims. This situation persists despite the efforts of the police, whose duty is to maintain public order. In response, a plan was formulated to genetically combine humans and animals, creating a new race with multiplied strength to oppose these criminals. These beings were named "Newmans." The technology advanced further, leading to the production of artificial life forms known as "Newmanoids." Professor Juubei Yanagisawa developed the first Newmanoid, named Cam Castin. She holds great admiration for Scott, a policeman serving in the security police unit "TCP." Cam works diligently to be of use to him. The story finds Cam and Scott assigned to provide security at a public event. Such crowded gatherings are known to be targets for criminal activity. To investigate without drawing attention, Scott suggests they blend in by posing as cosplayers from a popular nearby anime. Cam, though flustered, agrees, understanding it to be a form of undercover reconnaissance. Their plan leads to them being separated in the crowd. Consequently, Cam finds herself isolated, where a group of individuals with inflamed desires approaches her.
