Shoujo Koakuma Kei

Kyouichi operates a high-end prostitution service. Ayaka, one of his most valued workers, possesses a childlike appearance and voice but is renowned for her advanced carnal skills. Youri, having been rescued by Kyouichi from a perilous circumstance, now works at his establishment out of gratitude, currently tasked with escorting clients. A mysterious woman leads Youri to a room to observe Ayaka with a client, claiming Kyouichi deliberately trapped Youri into servitude. Skeptical of this accusation, Youri is drawn into a wager by the woman. The terms state that Youri will service a client while the woman and Kyouichi watch from an adjacent room. If Kyouichi fails to intervene, it will confirm he betrayed her. The situation unfolds into a story of deception and depravity, concluding with an unforeseen twist.
