Utsukushiki Sei no Dendoushi Reirei

A nurse and a doctor conspire to kill the nurse's young charge, their bodies entwined in illicit passion. Elsewhere, a young man pines in despair over a love that is not returned, ignorant that the woman he longs for desires another woman. These grim scenarios become material for dark comedy in the hands of Kaguya, a powerful entity who manipulates reality according to her own perverse humor, often while exposing her breasts. As a living manifestation of Fate's Hand, she subjects those caught in her influence to a twisted fulfillment of their deepest wishes, leaving them to endure the repercussions. Assisted by her stubby servant Pipi, Kaguya orchestrates these human dramas like a master puppeteer, thwarting murder plots, transforming men into the women they idolize, and sowing widespread chaos.
