A prestigious high school concealed a covert operation. In exchange for substantial financial contributions, the institution supplied sex slaves to affiliated colleges. Disposable instructors served as trainers to maintain secrecy. Talented men were recruited as temporary teachers for this purpose. Promising candidates were given a test, nominally framed as lecturing problem students, but in reality involving the training of sex slaves. Success in this test led to qualification as a permanent trainer. Simazu, previously dismissed from another school due to an affair with a student and branded a harasser, found employment only at this institution. After six months as a temporary teacher, the deputy school master presented him with an offer to become a trainer, which he could not refuse.
