Choujin Densetsu Urotsukidouji - Season 1

According to legend, three dominant civilizations coexist on Earth: humans, the demonic Makai, and the half-beast Juujinkai. Every three thousand years, a supreme being called the Choujin appears to bring balance to these realms. In present-day Japan, a Juujinkai named Amano Jyaku locates the Choujin within a high school student, Tatsuo Nagumo, following a three-hundred-year search. Amano, assisted by his sister Megumi and their companion Kuroko, must now shield Nagumo and his girlfriend Akemi Ito from the Makai. The demons believe Nagumo is not the prophesied savior but a destructive entity threatening all life on Earth.
