Hayami Takurou transfers to St. Alcadia School, which includes an all-girls dormitory. The caretaker, Otokawa Saori, is noted as particularly attractive. His initial high expectations for a pleasurable school life are met with an enthusiastic welcome from the female students. However, his situation changes when the Morimoto sisters, beautiful but controlling figures who hold influence over the school, discover he possesses an "Ultimate Sex Power." They then attempt to exert control over him.
