A rumor circulates among young people that boarding a certain train leads to disappearance. Though most dismiss it, the train, named Michishio, is real. Its purpose is the training of young girls into sex slaves. Outwardly identical to a regular train, Michishio reveals its true nature every few months. Girls who board are subjected to severe training, transforming them into sex slaves. Seiji, a conductor on this train, possesses a special training ability, granting him total control over the girls aboard. Another journey of the Michishio is now departing.
