Kanojo ga Mimai ni Konai Wake - Season 1

Based on the game by Lune TeamBitters. Seiji works as a permanent part-timer and has been in a relationship with his girlfriend Ai for two years, with marriage on his mind. His plans are disrupted when he is hit by a car, breaking his leg and requiring hospitalization. Ai promises to visit him every day. However, their bond begins to alter during his extended stay in the hospital. Their relationship faces interference from multiple directions: the real estate agent responsible for the accident, Seiji's roommate in the hospital, his attractive attending physician, a colleague from his workplace, and a nurse who is also his former girlfriend. The story follows whether Seiji and Ai can navigate these external pressures and preserve their connection.
