The island of Oogami, once a tranquil location known for its verdant landscapes, is now gripped by widespread and unrestrained sexual deviance. An outbreak designated as Unknown - Level 4 has reached epidemic proportions. Three individuals, Hyuuga Natsu, Ochi Akari, and Hanazawa Airi, become confined within a sports complex. They are subjected to attacks by those afflicted with the contagion.
