Kyonyuu Daikazoku Saimin - Season 1

The Mamiya household is governed by Yuuichi Mamiya, who employs a potent hypnotic penlight on his foster mother and stepsisters, directing their actions to fulfill his sexual whims. This unusual domestic situation eventually draws the attention of those living nearby. Concerned by the family's apparent moral decline, neighbor Nanae visits to intervene but falls victim to the same hypnotic influence. Another neighbor, Yachiyo, subsequently meets an identical fate. The pattern culminates with a visit from Ruiko, the president of the local neighborhood association.
