An otherworldly artifact containing a fragment of the hell-king's power is sealed within the body of a magical girl to prevent its master's revival. Forces from hell pursue her, as merely destroying her physical form will not reclaim the evil stone. They begin to subject the magical girl to a series of degrading acts in their attempts to retrieve it.
