Mikagura Tanteidan - Season 1

In the Taisho era, Mikagura Tokito led a detective agency with a record of solving numerous cases before his sudden disappearance, presumed due to an accident. Three individuals who held him in high regard-Tomoe, Shigeno, and Chizuru-grew concerned about his fate. Learning from Shigeno's elder brother that Tokito had reportedly been seen at a church abroad, the trio journeyed to that foreign location in hopes of a reunion. At the church, however, they discovered not Tokito but the corpse of a priest, whose arms had been severed. Believing this death to be connected to Tokito's vanishing, they began their own inquiry. Their investigation was abruptly interrupted when they were assaulted by unidentified men. Now facing danger, they continued their search for Tokito, though the outcome remained uncertain.
