Several years after the signing of a friendship treaty between elves and humans, an elf mother and daughter, Sophilia and Lilia, reside next door to Ueda-san's apartment. Upon eating the meals prepared by his elf neighbors, Ueda-san experiences a state of restlessness and an unusually intense erection. On a particular evening, Sophilia delivers his dinner as normal. She returns soon after, however, to explain she miscalculated the quantity of herbs from her homeland included in the dish. These herbs possess a powerful aphrodisiac quality. She warns that if he does not ejaculate without delay, the condition could result in permanent harm to his reproductive function. To atone for this error, Sophilia courteously proposes to assist him in alleviating his sexual tension.
