Kei Ogata, burdened by a difficult and sad past, believed relationships were unnecessary. His sole source of happiness came from communicating online while adopting a different persona. He eventually formed a friendship with a gentle girl he met on the internet named Eve, and their bond grew strong over time. A suspicion later arose for Kei, as he began to wonder if his classmate Midori might actually be Eve.
