The student council president of Rinin High School, the sole secondary institution in the mountain town of Rinin City, leads a double life. He is the secret leader of the Gang Rape Club. This group perpetuates an ancient, cruel ceremony whose origins trace back thousands of years in the town's history. According to old records, the ritual was meant to appease the regional guardian deity, Hime Iwanaga, and ward off curses of disease and crop failure. Conducted between the new and full moon, it involved disguising a maiden as Konohanasakuyabime and subjecting her to gang rape. A key participant had to be a blood relative of the maiden, such as a husband, lover, father, brother, or son. The ceremony was considered successful only if the act resulted in a pregnancy, which would ensure a good harvest and safety for the region. If no pregnancy occurred, the maiden was to be covered in semen and sent alive down the river as a sacrificial offering. Though the official ceremony faded from history after the Taisho era, its traditions were secretly maintained at Rinin High School through the actions of the club. For generations, the student president has served as the club's head, ensuring the continuation of these practices and immersing numerous women in this dark pursuit.
