This adult animation series, noted for its impact on the genre, is structured around three distinct titles named for a trio of sadistic brothers: Isaku, Shusaku, and Kisaku. The narrative is set at the elite Shukusei Music Academy, specifically within its girls' dormitory, which houses many of Japan's most promising young female musicians. While the school maintains a pristine public image, the private halls of the dormitory are often filled with sounds of distress, including screams, whimpers, and moans. The institution's handyman, Shusaku, is responsible for cleaning the premises. In this role, he systematically collects the personal secrets and indiscretions of the students. He then uses this compromising information to coerce the young women. Through blackmail, he forces them into sexual acts, which he frames as private performances. Although employed for maintenance, his primary occupation becomes the sexual defilement and humiliation of these high-strung, talented musicians. The series is recognized for its explicit content, featuring scenes of hardcore sex, violence, and various fetishes, which have contributed to its notable reputation within the adult animation genre.
