Following his father's passing, Saionji initially shows little interest in assuming the family inheritance. He is persuaded to reconsider by his new secretary, Sannomiya Rei. Upon reaching the ancestral estate, he discovers a grand mansion staffed by numerous obedient maids. Saionji surmises these attendants were previously dedicated to serving the needs of the late master.
